Throughout my career, I have had the honor of guiding and empowering numerous individuals, including nonprofit leaders, women leaders, visionary leaders, and those whose leadership styles transcend conventional norms. I strongly believe that leadership takes on various shapes and can flourish irrespective of societal expectations.
